    Our recruitment process is transparent, you are involved in the process from the start and will know how much you pay each month and this amount will be consistent. 

  • We have a large global talent pool who are available. Since we co-create and work collaoratively to find the perfect fit, we estimate 2-6 weeks from sign up to start date.

  • We provide: 

    • laptop

    • dual screens

    • mouse, keyboard and docking station

    • UPS for business continuity

    • Access to M365 license for Universal-U account

     

    You provide: 

    • Access to your company's environment through usually another M365 license for access to Teams, emails etc.

    • Access to any systems needed to operate.

  • We understand the requirements regarding data security and privacy in Australia and further requirements for healthcare companies which is why we take so many measures to ensure your data is  safe and secure.

    We ensure device management and remote control to ensure compliance with the Data Privacy Act (1998). We ensure full compliance with our as well as your IT policy ensuring governance oversight and measures are in place to protect you.

    We ensure training of all staff on data security and cyber security ensuring that threats are kept away. 

    We have an IT partner in Australia to ensure Australian Healthcare standards for privacy are met.

  • We handle all the backend: payroll, HR, Compliance, IT, HMO (Health Maintenance Organisation) etc. We provide you with comfort that compliance is top of mind and all staff  are fully supported and compliant so you can focus on scaling your core operations.

    If needed, we guide you through and manage a PIP process (Performance Improvement Plan) with kindness, structure, and your business continuity and performance top of mind.

    You handle day to day operations by ensuring expectations are set and measured along with training and coaching.
